What is an easy and healthy smoothie to make?

Take milk and fill the blender to how much you want to serve [Maybe just a little bit less] and just throw in some fruits you feel will go good together. I usually put 1 banana in, a couple strawberrys and one more fruit doesnt matter what. And if you want you can put a tiny bit of sugar but thats not really needed because the fruits come with natural sugars.
