How should I have my hair and makeup?

I would curl your hair if its not already curly. Loose curls, NOT tight. I really need more info on what you look like, but If it were me, I would put on eyeliner, eye shadow that is sparkly, but a little dark (Not like black or anything too crazy, but like a darker brown or something) Hope this helped! :)
