What kind of flower could it be?

My grandmother has this small patch of flowers in her front yard. They're about the size of a half dollar. She said they're extremely clear. She said one of them are kind of pleated. She calls them ghost flowers. She said it looks like something that'd grow in the ocean. Any idea?
