How to look HOT in front of people and in pictures?

my school has a very ugly uniform: a light blue button down blouse, knee-length grey pleated skirt, knee socks, a black zip up sweater, and no makeup or nail polish. I dont know how, but there are girls who come to school making their uniform look like an outfit that somebody would WANT to wear. My hair is unmanageable. its a little past my shoulder, like 5 inches, its wavy/ big curls, and its dark brown. i usually wear it in a low pony with a small bump in front, and when my hair is good that day, a cute headband, flower, or bow. My shoes and socks arent a problem, but my face.....lets just say im not the prettiest rose in the garden. the apples of my cheeks are pink, but niticable, and i have these hideous freckles, very little though. i think my nose is big, and my lips are kinda big. my eyes are small, but i have long lashes. whats that face cream that makes ur skin look clear, like, it covers it up? whats it called?
