A scripting Program in making stuff?

Hi i want to know if there is a program out there hopefully for free. Where i can learn basic-advance scripting as where i can tell the computer to do something and a modal appears on my screen instead of having a program like blender where i have to shape the image out and i am only a beginner on that program but to me i think its pretty hard to shape a humans head or a creatures body. is there any way i can learn the scripting and it appears and then move on from there. thank you very much
