Please help I'm only 13?

I'm 13 years old and knowi am over weight (I weigh about 160-170 it fluxuates) so don't tell me (yes you are over weight or obese or whatever, I know that and it depresses me. I go to school from 6-2:30 five days a week then do homework until four and make dinner which on average takes 45 min for my whole family then eat and clean up from dinner then I take time to relax (about 15-30 min.) then take a shower and get in bed to read then go to bed. I have to wake up at 530 if I want to catch the bus at 6. I'm stressed all the time and can't find time to work out. I try to eat healthy but it's hard when all my sister pleats is junk food (she dosent care if she's overweight) and my brother only eats pasta because everything else is "icky". My school is all one level so its not like I could use the stairs instead of te elevator. It's mostly my stomach and thighs. I heard that if you are a vegetarian it's easier to lose weight. Do you think that's true? Idk I really like bacon...and steak... Please help I want to be healthy and thin!
