Can i make a milkshake without?

Can I put ice cream in a blender with some chocolate syrup without any milk or ice to make a milkshake?? Im really craving one but all i have is ice cream.. I'm pregnant and the daddy is deployed and I don't feel like going to the store, but if i don't have a milkshake soon I might go crazy!!!!
