Is this how you would make you own baby food? Or is there more to it?

You have to boil hard fruits and veggies such as sweet potato, greenbeans, etc. Once tender you put in blender with a little of the cooking water. Soft things such as avocado or banana can be mashed with a fork. You never add seasons, salt or fat to baby food. And you only introduce one food at a time, waiting 3 days before introducing a new food so that you can check for allergies.
