I was given a vintage pink pleated polyester dress from paris, I wanna know the designer and worth?

It was bought 25-26 years ago off the manaquin in a high end boutique in paris by a wealthy woman that was friends with my boyfriends mom... She gifted it to me and it fits perfect...I am just curious on the designer and the value of the dress!
