What do you think of this dress?

It's a nice dress but it's not one that screams out 'wow..so sexy!' and is super attention grabbing. It looks like a really classy dress to me, something you'd wear to a fancy dinner party or perhaps a formal wedding. Since the dress is so plain and black, I would recommend wearing it with some colorful accessories. For example, I think it would look really cute with some red bangles and red shoes. Don't overdo the accessories though. I can imagine why you thought the red looked weird on the girl. Red is a really attention grabbing color and with such a bright color and a tight figure-hugging dress, you really have to have a nice body to pull it off. The red dress on the other hand is definitely not as classy as yours and the red would be suited more for a night club. I also think the pleats look nice.
