I'm an athletic person and i'm tired of spending so much money on protein shakes and powders. So i bought a blender and would like to start making my own shakes using more natural ingredients such as fruit, low fat milk, etc. I'm not a fan of eggs in a shake but i cant knock it till I've tried it. So what are some great protein shake ideas? Oh, and a calorie count or grams of proteins count would help alot.
