So tmrw's my bday.....?

I have this really cute shirt with a panda bear that I wanna wear since im lik obsessed. So I wnt to either wear with vintage pleated shorts n a cardigan or a high waisted skirt bt the high waisted skirt has an elastic band acro sd the top so it cuts off some of the panda. Either way I wore it I was gna wear white keds the shirt is gray n I cld choose btwn my blue cardigsn or black. Help me out hw shld I wear it?
