Is there a good tutorial for blender 3d anywhere?

I am trying to move parts of a model in blender and how to move the camera. those tiny two things are the only thing I don't know how to use that is holding me back. I was trying to look at online videos on how to move arms and legs and stuff but it always shows some $200 ultra professional "I need a degree from [insert university here]" to use software or it doesn't explain anything (like they already did it and they show it off instead of showing you how they did it). the camera thing, I did something to the camera that changed it and I wanted to know how you can move around and angle the camera.
