How to wear gray military knee high boots?

They r adorable!! i think they would look good with ur uniform although it sucks u have a uniform, i think they wil be really cute as long as u were them with a skirt if u do decide to wear them with jeans, make sure they r skinny jeans, and they mite look good with tights if they r the rite color. idk if they wuld b cute with shorts tho.... i dont think so but mabey u could pull it off. with accessorries, i think as long as the colors match, i would keep it with dull colors on ur outfit :)
