Blender Animation software help!!!! ?

Welllll I just came across this program today and from other peoples clips this is anazing!! Especially since my goal is to be an animator ^^ well in truth I dont understand blender ATALL like nothing!!! Is there anyway I can learn? But in a slow and steady pace? To those that KNOW blender and use it how did you learn!? Please help me I want to learn so so bad!!! I wanna learn by myself :/ help meee!!
